Refund policy
It is advisable for the customer to inspect the delivery upon arrival to verify its correctness and condition. In the case of a complaint, the customer should contact TwoFace Brew via email at hej@twoface.se. Please provide the order number. When returning a product due to a complaint, the customer should request a so-called RN (return number), which is valid for 14 days.
In all cases where a product is returned to TwoFace Brew, the customer must have obtained an RN beforehand. The return shipment should then be clearly marked with this RN. The customer should write the received RN on the package label to avoid damaging the original packaging. Defective products returned to TwoFace Brew should be handled as if they were in perfect condition. In all types of returns, it is crucial to package the product in a way that prevents damage. For private consumers, the Consumer Sales Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the return shipping costs covered in a valid return case. At TwoFace Brew, private consumers have the right to receive a prepaid return label.
In cases where the return case is not valid, and the customer has received a prepaid return label, shipping costs for the return trip will be charged. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint, and no fault can be proven, a fee of 200 SEK + VAT + return shipping and handling costs will be charged. Shipments lacking an RN will be returned to the customer, and shipping costs will be charged. TwoFace Brew reserves the right to replace a defective product with an equivalent one in cases where an identical product is not available.
In the event of a complaint, TwoFace Brew will rectify the issue by sending out a new product in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.
TwoFace Brew always covers the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect goods.
For products that are specially made for a particular customer, there is no right of exchange, open purchase, or withdrawal. Goods falling under the food category are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
For products where the right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the item. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost using a suitable shipping method. Please package the item securely. If you want us to send a prepaid return shipping label, we will charge 149 SEK including VAT per package for shipping and handling. This does not apply to orders shipped to businesses.

If a product is damaged during transport, TwoFace Brew should be contacted within a reasonable time for information about compensation.
In cases where a gift has been included with the purchase, this gift must also be returned if the gift threshold is not met upon return. Otherwise, the value of the product will be charged to you as the customer.
If the customer chooses to keep one or more items, shipping costs will be charged if the order total falls below the applicable free shipping threshold.
